Jamaica’s Novlene Williams-Mills posted 51.87secs to win the 400m at the Aviva Grand Prix in Birmingham yesterday, Feb. 19. She beat Shana Cox into second place in 52.32. Cox, who currently represents the United States, is in the process of switching to Britain ahead of the 2012 Olympics. Full Story »
