Jamaica’s Jura Levy captured the women sprint double and ran on the South Plains College (Texans) 4x1 and 4x4 relay teams to lead her team to title at the 2010 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Track and Field Championships in Hutchinson, Kansas over the weekend. South Plains won the women’s title with 161 points ahead of Central Arizona (103).
Grenada’s Rondell Bartholomew led the Texans to the men’s title (142 points). South Plains swept the top three places in the 400m, which Rondell won in 45.53 secs. Full Story »
