South Plains Freshman Bartholomew Runs Sub-45 Relay Leg

South Plains College freshman Rondell Bartholomew has made his intention known that he will be a force to be reckoned with this season. The Grenadian native and former CARIFTA 400m champion ran a quick 44.63 secs on the anchor leg of the 4x4 relay at the Texas Relay Meet this past weekend. The South Plains freshman team of Isaiah Gills, Troy Faulkner, Anton Kokorin and Bartholomew won in 3.03.74, a new Junior College record.
It was only recently that Bartholomew told Caribbean TrackLife Magazine that his target is 44.39 for the 400m this outdoor season. He seems well on his way to achieving this goal.
