Trinidadian Marc Burns was third in 10.15 secs.
Three weeks ago Bailey set his country's national record at 9.99 secs. in Brazil. At the Jamaica International Invitational in Kingston just over a month ago, he ran 10.02 secs. for second place behind American Darvis Patton. Bailey has been training in Jamaica with Glen Mills, Usain Bolt's coach.
In the women's equivalent, Jamaica's Olympic silver medalist Kerron Stewart, 25, the season's world leader, outclassed the field winning in 11 secs. flat. It was her third fastest of the year.
Compatriot Sheri-Ann Brooks, the 2006 Commonwealth Games 100m champion (11.18); Bahamians Chandra Sturrup (11.18) and Debbie Ferguson-McKenzie (11.19); and Trinidad's Kelly-Ann Baptiste (11.33) were 3

In the men's 400m Chris Brown of the Bahamas won in 45.61 secs. and teammate
Michael Mathieu was 3

The women's edition was won by Jamaican-born American Sanya Richards in 49.57 secs. while Jamaica's Bobby-Gaye Wilkins was 5
th in 52.23.
Hurdles
Jamaicans Delloreen Ennis-London (12.98 secs.) and Lacena Golding-Clarke (13.00) were second and third, respectively in the 100m hurdles won by American Damu Cherry in 12.76 secs.
In the men's 110m hurdles, Shamar Sands of the Bahamas (13.56 secs.) and Maurice Wignall of Jamaica (13.62) were 4
th and 5th, respectively behind three Americans. The winning time was 13.18 secs.
